Sherwin-Williams in Wichita, KS is hiring a Production Operator - Blender to prepare and blend customer orders, document formulas, and maintain color-matching equipment. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $18.00–$23.00 per hour.
You will operate tinting and mixing equipment, adjust shades, manage batches, and keep production records while ensuring safety and quality standards. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to lift up to 50 lbs
The Production Operator - Blender is responsible for conducting paint drawdowns, preparing and blending customer orders to meet their specifications, documenting work orders and formulas, and maintaining all color-matching and mixing equipment.
Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
