Job summary

Fenner Dunlop is hiring a Production Operator for our Port Clinton, Ohio facility. You will report to the Production Supervisor and contribute to belt making operations and crew coordination to achieve production and quality targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. Wage starts at $26.86–$29.56 per hour, with increases after 1 and 2 years, plus comprehensive benefits and safety training.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Machine operation, decision making, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on a belt-making crew.
