Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
  • 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
  • 6 months of prior Lift truck, electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
  • Reliable attendance is important for team operations.
  • Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
  • Ability to complete certification requirements
  • Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and measure ingredients following customer specific formulas
  • Mix and blend batches according to customer formulas
  • Verify ingredients, amounts, and lot numbers
  • Record batch details and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor processing controls and address issues quickly; watch for anything that could affect sterility and report mechanical problems
  • Maintain steady product flow to avoid delays
  • Operate a lift truck to move and store ingredients
  • Clean equipment, tanks, rooms, tools, and piping

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator in the Batcher role, you’ll mix and prepare product batches, keep processing equipment running safely, and help ensure every batch meets our quality standards. This role is hands on, fast paced, and essential to keeping production moving.

What We Offer

The pay rate for this position is $31.76 per hour. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance.

Shift Hours 300PM-130AM, Monday-Friday, Overtime is paid over 40 hours per week, per person.
