Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing environments with assembly and packaging duties.
• Ability to operate processing equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Accurate data entry into production systems with attention to detail.
• Experience with digital scales and weighing materials in metric and US units.

Responsibilities

• Load mixers with materials according to procedures.
• Prepare batches by measuring and weighing using digital scales.
• Operate processing equipment safely per guidelines.
• Monitor equipment start-up, shutdown, and lockout/tag-out.
• Use control screens to oversee production parameters.
• Document production activities and material usage in systems.
• Move and stage raw materials and finished goods.
• Package products and ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain batch records and process logs.
• Follow cleanroom and production line procedures.
• Operate forklift to move materials within the facility.
• Support general assembly and production tasks as needed.
• Observe and report equipment issues or deviations.
