Job summary

IP Corporation in Ft. Wright, KY is seeking an Operator (B) to join our on-site production team on the third shift (7p-7a). The role focuses on operating equipment, following procedures, performing batching and processing tasks, and supporting production flow with increasing independence.

We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, with a willingness to learn and grow into more advanced operator

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Ability to work independently on routine tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Perform batching, mixing, or processing tasks as assigned.
• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure proper operation.
• Perform quality checks and report any deviations.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues.
• Support material handling and workflow within the production area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Continue developing skills toward advanced operator responsibilities.
