Chemline, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a production operator for a full-time 3rd shift (9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.). For the first 90 days you’ll train on 1st shift (5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.). After training, you’ll move to the second shift.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment, manufacturing and packaging products to procedures and quality standards, recording data, and maintaining GMP-compliant work areas. Proficiency in English and basic math are required to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Must read, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must have basic math skills for weighing and measuring.
• Must demonstrate manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
• Must operate multiple processes and equipment and manage multiple batches.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and stage equipment, vessels, filtration media, and raw materials for production and packaging.
• Manufacture and package products following procedures and quality standards; maintain batch integrity.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and add raw materials using scales and equipment.
• Safely operate production equipment and follow all procedures.
• Complete production documentation including lot numbers, data, and batch records.
• Label vessels and finished products with product and lot information.
• Monitor operations and report delays, malfunctions, quality concerns, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain clean work areas in GMP-compliant manner.
• Learn and utilize the ERP system to support production activities and inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety policies, PPE use, SDS, hazard communication, and proper material handling.
• Use proper lifting techniques and safe handling of materials.
• Collaborate with Production Lead to prioritize work and meet schedules.
• Cross-train to support production goals.
