Position Summary & Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets, and quality standards.
  • Operate machines and production equipment safely, adhering to instructions.
  • Monitor output quality, identify faulty products, and take appropriate action.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.

This role may include other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Assignments are routine and follow established procedures.
  • Work under direct supervision with detailed instructions.
  • No problem-solving skills required; job is repetitive.
  • Contacts mainly with supervisor, peers, and subordinates.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • 0-4 years related experience preferred.
  • Regular and predictable onsite attendance required.
  • Ability to work non-standard schedules as needed.
Physical & Environmental Demands

Employees may need to sit, stand, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform reaching and handling activities. The work environment involves moderate noise and proximity to moving parts.
