Position Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Follow established procedures to manufacture products according to specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Operate machines and equipment safely, adhering to instructions.
  • Monitor output quality, identify faulty products, and handle them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate production records for performance analysis.

The role also includes other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-4 years of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite regularly and on non-standard shifts as needed.
Physical and Work Environment

This role involves light physical activity, including lifting up to 20 pounds, standing, sitting, and occasional reaching. The environment is a manufacturing setting with moderate noise levels.

Compensation and Benefits
