Job summary

Adecco is hiring for Production Team Member roles including Machine Operator and Assembly in our manufacturing facility. The positions cover Day and Night shifts with weekly pay and a competitive benefits package.

You will support production goals while maintaining quality standards across operations. Primary duties include operating equipment, grinding, assembling large parts, packaging products, labeling boxes, and following safety procedures in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment.
• Perform machine operation and grinder duties.
• Assemble large parts and components.
• Work on a production line in a team-oriented environment.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Prepare and label boxes for distribution.
• Follow quality, safety and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
