Crown Linen, LLC in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Production Operator to accurately recognize and feed linen into automated processes while maintaining safety and pace to meet production targets.
You will verify correct linen for each account, identify damaged items, and keep a clean work station. Proficiency with basic math and English communication is required, and the role involves regular machine operation and IT system use.
This position is responsible for properly recognizing the correct linen belonging to the account being processed. You must ensure there is no mixed, dirty, or damaged linen before feeding it into the machine or hand‑folding it. You must maintain a fast pace while meeting the company’s production expectations and practicing safety procedures. In addition, Production Operators will help ensure the machinery is working properly by communicating any issues to their leaders.
The job involves operating in a protected indoor environment with exposure to moving parts, electricity, gas, scaffolding, chemicals, and other potential hazards. The work requires frequent, occasional, or rare physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, twisting, stooping, reaching, grasping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating machinery. Employees must be able to perform tasks under pressure and maintain accurate attention to safety protocols while working in an office or manufacturing setting.
