Aveka Group in Waukon, IA is seeking production operators to operate machinery and package product in person. The role offers a 40-hour work week with overtime eligibility and a rotating weekend schedule.

• Learn to consistently and accurately process and package product based on customer need.
• Assist engineers with set-up and implementation of new and existing processes
• Assist the management team in identifying process improvements
• Responsible for scale calibration and understanding proper documentation standards.
• Coordinate with other team members to move pallets once full and have new pallets started
• Ability to become forklift certified
