Production Operator - Afternoons - Start at $22.00

Position Details

Start at $22.00 per hour plus shift premium ($2.00 for Afternoons, $1.50 for Nights). Sign-on bonus of $2000 paid over 1 year, $200 monthly attendance bonus, and a robust training program with pay increases during the initial probationary period. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, among others.

Job Requirements

• Ability to comply with safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform 5S audits
• Ability to load/unload presses
• Work within Molding/Finishing departments based on needs
• Inspect materials for defects
• Transport materials using tow motor if required
• Complete production tickets and downtime sheets
• Support green initiatives
• Work in a fast-paced environment with distractions

Candidate Qualities

• Stand and walk for long hours
• Push objects up to 50 lbs
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
• Lift and reach continuously during shifts
• Transport materials and support production quotas
