Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus shift premiums ($2.00 for Afternoons, $1.50 for Nights)

Additional Benefits: Sign-on bonus of $2000 paid over 1 year, $200 monthly attendance bonus, comprehensive training program with potential pay increases during probation.

Job Requirements
  • Adherence to safety standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform 5S audits
  • Loading and unloading presses
  • Performing work in the Molding/Finishing department as needed
  • Inspecting materials for defects
  • Transporting materials using tow motor if required
  • Completing production tickets and downtime sheets
  • Supporting green initiatives
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with distractions
