Job summary

AM General LLC in Mishawaka, Indiana, is hiring production-related positions. New hires will be assigned to open positions and work from 5:00 am shift, with wages including new hire rates for Production, Materials, and Quality at approximately $21.70, $19.64, and $19.64 per hour respectively, plus a Skilled Trades rate of $35.04.

Applicants should be able to read and follow standard work, have basic computer skills, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• May be required to learn multiple jobs.
• Must be able to use assigned hand tools, power tools, and torque tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized work and job instructions.
• Confirm quality of work performed.
• Operate equipment within the facility.

• May operate material handling equipment including forklifts.
