Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is recruiting for an Operator 4 on the Aerofil manufacturing floor in Sullivan, MO. The role emphasizes setting up, operating and maintaining packaging equipment to produce defect-free finished goods, with safety, 6S and uptime as priority goals.

The position requires passing specified tests or demonstrating technical ability, and active participation in continuous improvement, while meeting TAKT time targets and working with maintenance and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass Bennett Mechanical test with a minimum score of 70% or pass the Mechanical Aptitude Test with a minimum score of 75%, or have 2 years of demonstrated technical abilities at ATI.
• Must be able to pass Ramsay Combined Basic Skills test with a minimum score of 70% or have 2 years demonstrated technical abilities at ATI.
• Emphasis on safety, 6S, quality and uptime goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain packaging equipment to produce defect-free finished goods.
• Operate and changeover complex packaging equipment supporting the operation of the packaging line.
• Perform TPM activities and quality checks as assigned.
• Meet TAKT time in changeover following standard work and assist with pre-planning of changeover activities.

We are taking applications for operator 4 on the manufacturing floor of Aerofil in Sullivan, MO.Position SummaryMust have safety as number one priority. Know and practice Continuous Improvement. Set up, operate and maintain all aerosol and liquid filling equipment used to produce defect free finished goods. Assumes responsibility for safety, 6S, quality, and uptime goals.
