Job summary

General Mills in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring a General Production Operator to support safe, efficient food production on the line. Responsibilities include measuring and labeling, packaging, and keeping a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires adherence to GMPs and PPE and flexibility for shifting hours. Starting pay is $18.30/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of English or Spanish for safety instructions and team communication.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow GMPs and PPE requirements and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line performing tasks such as bagging, counting, labeling and boxing finished products.
• Maintain clean, organized working areas and follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist in line rotation, training of new employees, and equipment care.
