Qualifications

• Basic understanding of English or Spanish for safety instructions and team communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods.
• Comfortable around high-speed machinery and in hot or cold, fast-paced conditions.
• Able to follow GMP/PPE requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a fast-paced production line performing diverse tasks.
• Label boxes and bags accurately.
• Participate in fair and consistent line rotations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area; care for equipment.
• Follow SOPs and complete required documentation.
• Assist in training new employees and be flexible to support other areas.
