Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking motivated Production Associates for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10PM–6:30AM). The role involves assembly, material handling, machine setup, and quality control to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will move materials with forklifts and pallet jacks, assist in setup, inspect shipments, and support daily goals with a teamwork-driven culture. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour with a quarterly $500 perfect attendance bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–6 months prior warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift and crane licensing/training required.
• OSHA safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production tasks including assembly, material handling, machine setup, press or paint line operation, welding, testing and quality control.
• Move, stage, and transport materials and products within plant or warehouse using forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Assist in machine setup and preparation of equipment for production use.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming shipments; verify accuracy and report damaged items.
• Support quality control by inspecting products and reporting defects.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and perform general housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Perform other duties to ensure safe, efficient production and warehouse operations.
