Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator on 3rd shift to join our Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team. You will operate front-line production equipment, monitor quality, and ensure safety standards while packing final products for customers.

This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced plant environment. Shift: Monday–Friday, 10pm–6:30am; pay: $30.00/hour plus a $1 differential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities
