Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a frontline production team member for its Nutra Blend manufacturing operations in Missouri. You will operate machinery, assist with packaging, and contribute to producing high-quality vitamins and premixes for the feed industry.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork. Shift is 3rd with potential overtime and holiday coverage; pay starts at $21.75/hour plus a $1.25/hour differential where applicable.

Qualifications

Job description

Pay: $21.75 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.25 per hour (if applicable)

Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 07:30 AM /Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Nutra Blend business who is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamins, trace minerals, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

Required Experience And Skills

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
