Job description

As a Production Operator in the slitting cell, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Under general supervision, handle and maintain the flow of materials and products from warehouse to manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
2. Perform general duties such as loading material onto machines, packaging finished products, and cutting cores.
3. Utilize scanning tools (RF Scanning) for recording the movement of incoming and outgoing materials.
4. Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
5. Maintain housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.
6. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.
7. Adhere to safety procedures in a production environment.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
4. Ability to work overtime as needed, including during weekdays and weekends.
