Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a frontline production team member for the Omnium manufacturing group in Missouri. You will operate machinery, package finished products, and contribute to quality and safety on the line during the 10 PM–6 AM shift.

Pay starts at $23.25 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential; weekends, overtime, and holidays may apply. The role requires 18+, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read and follow English instructions.

Qualifications

Job description

Pay: $23.25 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential

Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift; 10PM to 6AM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the input and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of using raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds


• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements


• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment


• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
