Job summary

Nestlé in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is hiring for a night-shift production role on a 2-2-3 schedule from 5pm to 5am. The position offers overtime opportunities and a starting pay of $30.44 per hour plus an extra $1.25 per hour for night shift work, with an 80% probationary rate for the first 90 days.

You will follow plant safety rules, GMPs, and quality objectives, maintain a clean 5S work area, and demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and clear communication.

• Consistently reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow plant safety rules (LOTO, PPE) and report incidents immediately.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality objectives and targets.
• Maintain compliance with GMPs and quality management system procedures.
• Understand and apply continuous improvement principles in the work area.
• Maintain a clean and 5S compliant work area.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

• Follow the plant safety rules (LOTO procedures, PPE, etc.) report incidents & unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow factory safety & environmental objectives & targets.
• Follow factory food safety, quality objectives & targets.
• Follow Nestle Good Manufacturing Practices, report food safety and quality issues immediately.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and refer to Nestle Quality Management System on all related procedures and programs.
• Understand the food safety and quality aspects of the position as indicated in the Quality Management System, on-the-job training, and standard operating procedures that apply.
• Understand and apply the principles of continuous improvement in the work area.
• Maintain a clean and 5S compliant work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school degree or equivalent Required
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Consistently reliable attendance
• Willingness to work a 2-2-3 schedule.

Skills:

• At least one year experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task.
