Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Production Operator to monitor and operate plant equipment, troubleshoot processes, and support reliable production. The role requires safety focus, basic math/PC skills, and ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of production/manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret documents and communicate with colleagues.
• Able to lift 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Must wear PPE and follow LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment during daily manufacturing.
• Perform changeovers and assemble/disassemble machinery.
• Follow daily production run schedules and report issues.
• Stage packaging area and load materials (55 lbs) into equipment.
• Operate forklift to move materials.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Perform QC tests and record production data.
• Complete maintenance tasks (PMs and repairs) as needed.
