Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Packer Utility in Massillon, OH for the 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:30 pm). You will operate production machinery and assist in packaging to help deliver high-quality final products for customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of work experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read and follow English instructions. Training increases pay from $25.75/hour to $30.00/hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential, with overtime and weekend duties as

Job description

Pay: $25.75 per hour. Increases to $30.00 after trained. Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour

Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm. Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, Packer Utility, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
