Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Production Operator for first shift to load components into automated assembly lines and record production data. You will follow check sheets, pack per instructions, label parts, and document any issues, escalating problems as needed.

• Load inventory to the production cell and operate automated assembly.
• Record production data, pack per instruction, and create labels.
• Document issues with parts or machinery and escalate as needed.
• Ensure products conform to check sheets and work instructions; document inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; support audits and cross-train as required.
• Identify opportunities for quality and process improvements and perform other duties.
