Job Summary

Nutra Blend is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

SHIFT: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM)

PAY: $20.20 + Shift Differential

The Production Operator performs manufacturing processes that add value and quality to inputs, creating high-quality final products. Responsibilities vary from raw material handling, proprietary process execution, to packaging. Success relies on safety, attention to detail, sanitation, quality focus, and efficiency.

Required Experience

• 6+ months manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Age: 18 or older
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety
• Reliability and time management
• Teamwork and adaptability
• Active learning and listening skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift 50 lbs
• Active movement (walking, standing, bending, etc.)
• Work with PPE in various temperature zones
• Shift work including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
