Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Metals Operator to produce and inspect products to meet customer specifications at our Metal Molding location in Menomonie, WI. The role includes quality checks and potential secondary operations across multiple shifts.

Shifts available: Third shift 11pm–7am and Second shift 3pm–11pm with +8% pay differential. Indoor climate-controlled environment with on‑the‑job training and opportunities in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• Export control compliance and ability to receive required export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks per the Control Plan (part weight checks, HRC checks, dimensional checks, etc).
• Perform secondary operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Pre-planning safety into work activities where applicable to improve performance.
• Proactively identifies safety concerns.
• Complies with Environmental Management System SOPs/WI, policy & program elements and encourages responsible resource use.
• Actively participate in continual improvement/innovation, corrective action and customer satisfaction.

Third shift, 11pm to 7am, Sunday to Thursday

Second Shift, 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, +8% pay shift differential
