Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, located in Menomonie, Wisconsin, seeks a Material Handler to support assembly and manufacturing of injection molded parts. This role involves handling materials, operating a forklift, and coordinating with Warehouse leadership to ensure smooth production flow.

We offer a 12-hour rotating night shift (5pm-5am) with shift differential on top of base pay; prior experience in manufacturing and SAP familiarity are valued, with forklift certification training

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule for upcoming orders and storage levels.
• Transfer product to in-house warehouse locations and issue Material Staging Reports.
• Store and handle materials going in and out of staging area for Production Lines.
• Operate forklift in a safe manner.
• Maintain communication with team leaders and co-workers.
• Assist warehouse staff with loading/unloading of trucks and shipments.
• Assist in physical inventory counts.

Our Menomonie Wisconsin location is seeking a Material Handlerto support assembly of manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly.

Shift:

12 Hour Rotating Nights -5pm-5am (N1)

Shift Differential offered ON TOP of your base pay!

Our Team

Our Warehouse team will be working within transferring out product to in hour warehouse locations. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work with other functions of the business and operations.

What You Will Do

• Review production schedule for upcoming orders, minimum storage levels for products stored in-house and off-site.
• Transfer product to in-house warehouse locations and issue Material Staging Reports
• Properly store and handle materials going in and out of staging area for Production Lines
• Operate forklift in a safe manner
• Maintain excellent communication with team leaders and co-workers.
• Assist warehouse staff with loading and unloading of trucks, shrink wrapping or pulling shipments for shipment or putting away materials and or products as needed.
• Assist in physical inventory counts

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Previous working experience in a production / manufacturing environment
• Experience with computer systems

What Will Put You Ahead

• Certification for fork lift operating (will train!)
• Experience using SAP system
• Experience using a pallet jack
