Job summary

Teknor Apex VT Plant in Saint Albans, VT seeks a Production Operator for second and third shifts. You will operate plastic manufacturing equipment and contribute to the production of medical and everyday-use materials. The role includes sign-on bonuses of $250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days, and $500 at 180 days.

Five-day workweek with Monday–Friday shifts and overtime potential. Competitive pay based on experience, with benefits and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Legibly document production information on required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Work well alone and with others.
• Monitor personal safety along with the safety of other team members.
• Advanced: Adhere to proper and safe forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending and extrusion equipment on 2nd/3rd shifts.
• Monitor and record production numbers, lot numbers and quantities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and quality guidelines.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and equipment checks.
