Job summary

Select Source International in Austin, TX seeks a Production Operator for a 12-month contract to support production line and material handling. You will document work in batch records, follow SOPs and meet quality standards.

You will operate with basic mechanical aptitude and safety awareness, supporting cGMP compliance while maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Inspect components, materials and final products following defined methods.
• Follow batch records and SOPs to document activities.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and possibly 75 lbs with assistance.
• Adhere to cGMP guidelines, plant policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components, materials, documents and final products.
• Perform activities per batch records and SOPs.
• Sample and evaluate product and notify supervisor if out of limits.
• Identify non-conforming product and ensure quality in subsequent processes.
• Work in a team to optimize quality, cost and safety.
