Job summary

Revolution Company in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Operator to process materials and manufacture products in our industrial facility. This role requires familiarity with resin conveying systems and blenders and operates on a 2/2/3 day/night shift schedule.

You will read and follow instructions, perform quality checks, and participate in safety meetings while contributing to continuous quality improvement. The position offers full-time hours with competitive pay and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
Extrusion experience preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand instructions well.
Flexible to work different machines as needed.
Perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
Ability to climb ladders/stairs and move about within the plant.
Able to lift to 50 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.

Responsibilities

Process materials and manufacture products in an industrial setting.
Be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders.
Troubleshoot machine issues.
Know the quality system; perform quality checks on time; verify correct count and label.
Communicate and coordinate daily issues with your relief.
Attend monthly safety meetings.
Know and help enforce all company policies.
Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
Other duties as assigned.
