Qualifications

Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is required.
Extrusion experience is highly preferred.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
Must be able to read and understand instructions well.
Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed.
Perform well in a safety-conscious organization.

Responsibilities

Process materials and manufacture products.
Make quality checks on time; verify correct count and label.
Troubleshoot machine issues.
Communicate daily issues with your relief.
Attend monthly safety meetings.
Know and help enforce all company policies.
Make continuous efforts to improve product quality.
Other duties are assigned as needed.
