Job summary

KCCONSULTING in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking experienced Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role features a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off, plus day and night shifts.

You will set up, operate, monitor, and maintain machinery to ensure safe, high-quality production in a fast-paced plant environment. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, reliable attendance, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions or technical manuals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
• Monitor equipment to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust machines as needed.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical concerns.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor production output.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
