Job summary

KCCONSULTING is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a Lebanon, Ohio manufacturing team. This role will operate production equipment, inspect finished parts, and uphold quality and safety standards throughout the shift.

You will load/unload parts, follow work instructions, document production data, and maintain a clean workstation while meeting daily goals. Prior manufacturing or machine-operating experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to follow all safety and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery and equipment.
• Load and unload parts and materials.
