Position Summary: The Production Operator is responsible for performing manual, semi-automated, or automated tasks necessary for manufacturing sub-assemblies and final products, maintaining productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and safety. This role operates with minimal supervision and ensures company policies and procedures are followed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow manufacturing procedures, including documentation for traceability.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Meet production standards and complete assembly tasks like gluing, heat-shrinking, and resistance welding.
• Support research and development projects as needed.
• Perform press setups and follow SOPs.
• Support other production teams as needed and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fine motor skills, good hand-eye coordination, and good vision.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English instructions.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microscopes, thermoplastic or silicone molding, and ISO 13485 standards.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Work indoors in a controlled environment, with exposure to chemicals and noise levels generally minor. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and using repetitive motions, with vision and hearing requirements.
