Job Description

We are currently hiring a Production Operator in Plymouth, Minnesota. Our production environment is clean and quiet, and you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the future.

This is a 1st Shift position with a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, DOE.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble devices following step-by-step instructions.
• Set up and operate machines for sub-assembly, final assembly, and calibration operations.
• Maintain equipment used in your area.
• Handle delicate and static-sensitive materials.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in assembly processes and equipment.

Background & Skills

• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
