Job Summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading finished products and raw materials, washing and sanitizing trailers, and other duties. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

Essential Functions

• Follow all safety rules and regulations, including OSHA and local, state, or federal guidelines.
• Operate forklifts, tractors, trailers, and railcars safely.
• Load and unload products and raw materials.
• Maintain work areas and equipment, report defects and accidents immediately.
• Assist in cleaning and repairs, handle tools and power/air equipment.
• Manufacture specific products like sucrose and invert sugars.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong safety awareness and equipment operation knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical and Work Environment

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform physical activities like climbing stairs, walking, and reaching.

Compensation and Benefits
