Job summary

Grande Cheese Company is seeking a manufacturing associate to support cheese production. The role involves setting up and monitoring equipment, performing tests and inspections, and providing feedback to leadership to ensure product quality.

You'll assist with training, monitor equipment performance, and perform data entry as part of daily operations. This full-time position offers shift premiums for night and weekend work and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related work experience and/or training, preferably in food manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor equipment for cheese production.
• Test and inspect products and provide feedback to leadership.
• Assist with training programs and data entry.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment during shifts.

Monday-Saturday with two rotating days off

Pay Range

$24.29 based on position and experience.

$3 Night shift premium (6pm – 6am) and $2.25 Weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts).

Job Summary

Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of cheese products including, but not limited to, setting up and monitoring equipment, testing, inspecting, and providing feedback to leadership. Assist with training programs, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment, and data entry. If you strive for consistency, this is the job for you!
