Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented
• Willing and able to learn new machinery
• Sit-down tow motor/forklift experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates may be considered

Responsibilities

• Weighing, blending, and processing raw materials
• Measuring materials according to batch sheets
• Loading materials into extrusion machines
• Monitoring extrusion equipment during production
• Packaging finished products into containers
• Preparing finished products for shipment
• Moving and staging materials throughout the production area
• Cleaning machinery after production runs
• Keeping workstations clean and organized
• Collecting and disposing of production waste
• Learning more advanced extrusion and grinding equipment as you progress
