Job summary

Champion Personnel in Cleveland, OH is hiring 4 Production Workers for the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. This full-time role offers a chance to gain valuable manufacturing experience with a well-established company.

You will load materials, operate machines, and perform general production tasks while maintaining safety and organization in the work area. Prior manufacturing or forklift experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or forklift operation is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks and physical labor.
• Follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
• Strong attendance, reliability and work ethic.
• Must be clean-shaven due to safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into production machines.
• Remove, sort, package, and prepare finished products.
• Perform general production and manufacturing tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized production equipment and work areas.
• Collect and properly dispose of production waste and recyclable materials.
• Follow established safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed.
