Job summary

The role involves working with colleagues to produce quality products efficiently, maintaining materials, operating equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness on the production floor.

The ideal candidate will have a High School/GED, at least three years in production processing, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong math, mechanical, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School/GED diploma required.
• Minimum of three years of production processing experience.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with computers and in-house software systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material supplies.
• Operate and monitor equipment including pumps, valves, tanks, evaporators, dryers, packaging.
• Perform sanitation and CIP activities.
• Product sampling and testing.
• Follow safety procedures and policies.
• Communicate with production, maintenance, management to improve processes.
• Warehousing and data entry as needed.
