Job summary

USG is seeking a manufacturing associate in a rotating 12-hour shift environment in the United States. The role focuses on safe operation of production equipment, data logging, and basic maintenance to ensure product quality and efficiency.

You will join a team dedicated to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a dynamic plant setting. Expect shift rotation, potential overtime, and a starting hourly pay of $27.00 with a range reflecting skill progression.

Qualifications

• Able to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow plant rules.
• Learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Interpret verbal and written work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Take measurements to verify product specs.
• Familiar with common hand tools and proper use.
• Effective teamwork and communication with coworkers.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety/housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
• Operate production equipment, troubleshoot and adjust to meet product/quality specs.
• Record production data and results as required.
• Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment.
• Participate in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed.
• Adapt to shiftwork, overtime, weekends as needed.
