Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Naheola Mill in Pennington, AL is hiring for hourly Production Workers. We’ll train you to safely operate machines, set up orders, and run product to customer specifications, with forklift training and a completion certificate.

You’ll work 12-hour rotating shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am) including weekends and holidays, with overtime opportunities in our 24/7 operations; starting pay is $21.34 per hour, rising to $24.81 after training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ year manufacturing/industrial/production/construction experience.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Run products to customer specifications.
• Set up orders on machines.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on the machines.
• Conduct required quality checks.
• Clean work area.
