How You Will Make an Impact:

• Operate various types of industrial machinery safely in a fast-paced, computerized, quality-oriented environment.
• Collaborate closely with team members, including operators, the spiral team lead, and spiral coordinator.
• Maintain safety standards by using all required personal protective equipment as per plant policies.
• Set up and operate equipment to produce quality products in the spiral production areas, including installing and removing tooling and completing production and quality reports.
• Monitor and control product quality throughout production; contact Quality Assurance if necessary.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, operator maintenance, and resolve equipment issues.
• Operate a forklift to move materials as needed, ensuring oldest materials are used first.
• Participate actively in team meetings, committees, and special projects, working effectively in a self-directed team environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and throughout the plant.

The plant operates 24/7.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, along with related experience or training.
