This role is on a 2-2-3 rotation with a 12-hour shift.

What we are looking for:

1. Must possess a valid Driver’s License

2. High school diploma or GED

3. Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documentation, SOPs, and job descriptions

4. Ability to do fundamental mathematics as it pertains to production, formulations, and efficiencies

5. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

6. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision

7. Ability to follow all safety rules and procedures.

In this role, you would:

1. Operate treating machine(s) that produce furniture and decor papers

2. Regulate machine speed, flow, volume, and temperature

3. Stop or reset machine when a malfunction occurs and clear machine jams

4. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products to standards

5. Adjust machine tension, pressure, and machine components according to specifics of product

6. Inspect and remove defective products as required

7. Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items as needed

8. Verify and record product weights or measurements to ensure quality standards

9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

10. Willing to support and work on other shifts as needed
