Job summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Production Operator for on-site work in Belvidere, NJ (07823). The role entails operating storage, blending, milling, and packaging equipment to move materials through production to finished goods, with forklift experience a plus.

The position follows a 28-day rotating Dupont schedule, 12-hour shifts, and includes weekends/holidays with overtime as needed. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and respirator clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; driving is required onsite.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Belvidere, NJ.
• Ability to work a rotating Dupont schedule (28-day).
• Respirator fit requirement.
• Must be clean shaven for respirator use.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical environments.
• Familiarity with GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate storage, blending, milling, and packaging equipment to move materials through production to finished goods.
• Perform material handling including dispensing ingredients, staging materials, and loading/unloading (forklift experience is a plus).
• Follow SOPs, production schedules, and maintain GMP / cGMP and good documentation practices.
• Complete production documentation (batch records, logbooks, cleaning records, etc.).
• Communicate process status and elevate equipment issues/deviations to the shift lead.
• Support safety culture by following all SHE standards and participating in trainings/meetings.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist with minor troubleshooting/maintenance.
