Position Overview:

The Production Operator ensures safe operations and that quality standards are met at each step.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Operations, and is part of the Manufacturing & Operations department in Duncan, SC. It is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations are safe and meet quality specifications.
• Build products following safety and quality procedures and work instructions. Achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals set by leadership.
• Complete documentation such as routing info, batch records, scrap/quality issues, and scorecards to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills, ability to read and interpret product drawings and instructions, use measuring tools (ruler, calipers, etc.).
• Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom environments, and with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 35 lbs.
