Mancan Staffing Marietta is seeking Production Operators for our Marietta, OH location. The role pays $16.00-$18.00/hour plus shift premiums, with 2nd shift (+15%) and 3rd shift (+10%).

This full-time position emphasizes safety, quality, and dependable performance in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, the ability to follow SOPs, and the motivation to grow within a quality-driven team.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation.
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent production
• Perform quality checks and process inspections throughout production
• Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and all safety procedures
• Assist with production and warehouse operations as needed
• Operate forklifts and safely handle materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently
