Job summary

DuBois Chemicals is seeking a Production Handler for Coatings Removal to join our team in Missouri. You will support the dipping operations, load/unload processes, and packing activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, forklift proficiency, and the ability to follow safety and process documentation. You will also manage logs, operate a power washer, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience (prior certification preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating procedures).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Experience with warehouse management software and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word).
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, and EPA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ovens and tanks and process products through dipping operations.
• Package product for shipment and maintain logs (wash, oven, weight).
• Operate 3000 psi power washer and assist with finishing and packing.
• Rotate parts through stripping, wash, RP, dry-off ovens, and packing areas.
• Adhere to safety policies, PPE, SDS, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities and housekeeping.
